Highly Commended Short Stories from the International Short Story Contests

International Short Story Contest is a platform for children to showcase their talent. We allow kids to open the door of imagination. In each contest we receive hundreds to thousands of stories from kids all over the world. Each story is unique and has its own value.

From all these stories we pick the most beautiful set of stories for the finalists. It is a tough decision to select the winners from it, as there is great variety in themes and in style of writing. But as the prizes are limited we feel that the stories that reached the final list should be published as highly recommended stories.

We would like to present the highly recommended stories so that each young mind who wrote it will have an opportunity to display and understand their talent. It lets them continue to write and we will get to read more wonderful stories.
