Ishaan was the only child of his parents. His father was working with a manufacturing industry. His father’s company was manufacturing cars and he was in marketing department, so he usually travels a lot. Ishaan’s mother had left her job to take care of him and his daily needs, since his father used to be in tours.

Ishaan was very a bright child and was performing extremely well. He made his parents proud. Ishaan was not only good in studies but also in sports and extra-curricular activities as well. He once met his friend Abhi’s mother. She was working in an IT company. Ishaan always wanted his mother to be a working mother.

After coming from his friend’s place, Ishaan said to his mother, that I wish you should have been working. His mother also wanted to have job but due to the priority of the family, she had decided not to join any fulltime job. After listening to him, finally she decided to join some part time job.

Very soon, she started working in a company into the finance department of a travel agency. Initially, she tried her best to reach on time to the bus stop before Ishaan reaches there. But, sooner the job started demanding more of her time and off and on she used to be a little late to the bus stop. Ishaan enjoyed the independence of being home from the bus stop alone. His mother used to keep the food on the dining table and Ishaan used to take his food watching TV. For few days Ishaan enjoyed the independence and felt proud that his mother is also working.

However, slowly when he saw every kid’s parent to be present in the bus stop, he started missing his mother. While eating food alone at home, he was feeling lonely and he was even not enjoying watching TV now. Though it was his wish and because of his words only, his mother joined the job, but now he realised why his mother had compromised from her career and taken care of his needs.

On that day, when his mother was back from her office, Ishaan gave a tight hug to his mother and started crying. He realised today how his mother had comprised everything for him. Both the mother and son loved each other like never before. True love is to care each other.
