Pythagorean Theorem
The Pythagorean Theorem refers to the relationship between the three sides of a right-angled triangle. Workers in construction, navigation, design and physics regularly use it. When students have mastered this concept, they have better skills to work out problems with distances, measures and space.

It is taught that the hypotenuse of a right triangle squared is the same as adding together the square of one side and the square of the other side.
