To play ‘tag, you’re it,’ you may need an outdoor space and many children who will participate. Once you have the space, gather the kids and designate someone who will be ‘it.’ The kid who gets to be ‘it’ will go to a tree outside and count from 1 to 20. At this time, the other kids will hide somewhere. When the counting is done, the kid who is ‘it’ will search for others. If they spot someone, they’ll catch the other person, and the latter becomes the new ‘it.’
