3. The city zoo has a special exhibit on spiders and snakes. Altogether there are 24 heads and 64 legs. All spiders have 8 legs each, the snakes have no legs, and, of course, snakes and spiders have one head each. How many spiders and snakes are there in the exhibit?
Answer: Eight spiders and 16 snakes
4. The length of a railway track is 10m. How many tracks are require to construct a railway line of one km?
Answer: 200 tracks

The leader of the crows says to the leader of the koels, “If one of your birds comes to us, both our groups will have an equal number of birds.” The leader of the koels replies, “If one of your birds comes to us, our numerical strength will be double yours.” How many birds are there in each group?
Answer: 7 koels and 5 crows.
